Walking is a great way to boost your health, fitness and wellbeing. It is recommended that the average adult should do 30 minutes of exercise, 5 times per week. Walking to work, the shops or school is an easy way to achieve this target.

Walking there and back could be good for your bank balance and your heart! Walking is also cheaper alternative to a monthly gym membership!

Stapenhill FC, only 600m from Fallow Dr/Walton Rd. Thats an 8 Minute walk. You could pop to the shops on Rosliston Rd, only a 10 Minute walk (800m) or even why not explore and find the Sunken Gardens of Drakelow Hall.
